A woman of Texas, was arrested for taking P0*nographic photos of a child in her daycare. 38-year-old Christina Cortez of Corpus Christi, was taken into custody after sickening images of her sexually abusing a child was found in her possession, according to a criminal complaint.
According to Odd News Blog, the photos were allegedly taken on the premises of the Coastal Bend Child Care facility. Cortez then sent the photos to Matthew Harbin, 29, who lived in Brownsville, using a fake name as he was wanted for s*x crimes in Alabama, police said.
Harbin shared the photos with a man in England. The man turned out to be an undercover agent. Harbin used the email address dirtysickmind@yahoo.com, police said. Harbin allegedly sent the undercover agent 5 photos, showing the girl in the daycare being fondled while she was positioned in an er*tic way. Other photos showed the young girl fondling herself.
Police believe that Cortez instructed the child to fondle herself while she took photos. Both Cortez and Harbin are facing 15 to 30 years in federal prison if convicted of the charges.
